Frequently Asked Questions
What CANNOT go in the dumpster?
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept hazardous materials including: wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, tires, batteries, propane tanks, and biohazardous waste. Refrigerators and AC units must have freon legally removed first.
What if I need it longer than 7 days?
No problem! If your project takes longer than expected, simply call or text us before your 7 days are up. We offer extended rental periods for a small daily fee.
Are there weight limits?
Yes, our flat rate includes a generous weight allowance that covers most standard projects. Extremely heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles may incur additional tonnage fees if they exceed the included allowance. Let us know what you're hauling when you book!
